Event Partner Tender 2025

BAC is home to a thriving program of community and arts events, and we’re proud to host a wide range of private and commercial functions that help support our creative and cultural work. As we look ahead to the future, we are excited to be opening applications for our new Event Partner List. 

We are currently inviting new suppliers to tender for inclusion on our approved list of recommended event partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with us and deliver exceptional events at one of South London’s most iconic and historic venues. 

We are looking to work with companies that: 

• Deliver excellent service with a client-first approach 

• Show a passion for creative collaboration and bespoke experiences 

• Celebrate the individuality of their brand and of BAC 

• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability 

• Preferably are based locally or have strong ties to the local community 

Our Event Partner List is open to the following services:

• Catering and Bar
• Production
• Decor, Design and Furnishing
• Floristry
• Entertainment Agencies
