As a working theatrical building, BAC provides a professional production service. We offer creative and dynamic packages to help define the look and feel of your wedding alongside a supportive team to realise your vision on the day itself.

STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDED IN HIRE FEE

To make sure your event comes with a degree of polish and excitement, we’ll included technical support in your standard venue hire – a PA system for background music and speeches, combined with architectural lighting to bring warmth and texture to the already stunning walls of the Grand Hall.

Kit includes:

• 2 wireless handheld microphones, for speeches and announcements
• A small whole room Ambient PA suitable for background music and speeches
• Ambient PA for Octagonal Hall
• Soft dappled lighting throughout the main space
• LED Uplighters for the ceiling that can be set to any colour
• Architectural lighting for the arched alcove

STAR PACKAGE, FROM £2,500 + VAT

The Star Package is the perfect upgrade to elevate your event. Add a touch of sparkle with warm, glowing festoon lighting and the true showstopper— our mirror ball (as seen on Strictly Come Dancing 2025!) casting dazzling reflections, setting the perfect mood for any atmospheric celebration.

Kit included Standard Package, plus:

• Warm white incandescent festoons, strung above the Grand Hall
• 1m Diameter Mirror Ball Set to create gorgeous effects and reflections
• 18 Additional Uplighters to be distributed around the venue based on your preference

PARTY PACKAGE, FROM £5,000 + VAT

The Party Package is our most comprehensive and immersive upgrade for Grand Hall hires, designed to take your celebration to the next level. With the Party Package, our expert team at BAC harnesses their theatrical expertise, bringing the ultimate wow factor to your event.

Kit included in Standard Package, plus:

• Warm white incandescent festoons, strung above the Grand Hall
• 1m Diameter Mirror Ball Set to create gorgeous effects and reflections
• 18 Additional Uplighters to be distributed around the venue based on your preference
• 4 Robe Cuetes to create a focus point for live entertainers
• 6 Robe Paintes to illuminate and colour the Grand Hall’s beautiful lattice ceiling
• 4 Robe LED Beams for fast-sweeping beams and dynamic effects on the dance floor
